Shipping

All orders are packaged and shipped on the same day, if not in 1-2 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on your location and type of shipping chosen. Invoices are included and a copy is emailed to the customers.

 

Return Policy (In-Store)

We DO NOT offer RETURNS or REFUNDS on merchandise.
- Sale items, swimsuits and body care products are all FINAL SALE due to hygienic reasons.
- Footwear requires its original packaging.

You do have 14 days from the date of purchase in order to exchange your items or to receive store credit. The items must be unwashed, unworn, tags must be attached and the receipt must be present at the time in order to proceed. Exchanges must be done at our Miami location located at

We are not responsible for any lost receipts or store credits, please treat them like cash and keep them in a safe location.

Due to the pandemic and delayed shipment arrivals, we are extending any returns/exchanges from 14 to 30 days from date of package receival. Send your item in its original condition and in its original packaging to our store location at
